At Sylvan Light Reiki, payment is required in advance for all sessions, upon booking. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund. Because Reiki is a deeply personal and energetic experience, results may vary. If you are not satisfied with your session, please reach out and share your feedback — I value every client’s experience and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis with care and integrity.
