Welcome to Sylvan Light Reiki. By booking a session and making a purchase through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, mutual respect, and a smooth experience for all clients.

 Services Offered

Sylvan Light Reiki currently provides Distance Reiki sessions for humans and animals. All sessions are conducted remotely via Reiki energy connection.
Future offerings may include gift certificates and pre-paid session packages.

 Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the official website.

• Payments are processed securely through the booking platform.

• Pre-paid sessions and gift certificates are non-transferable and valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund.

• If you are dissatisfied with your session, please reach out with specific feedback so that I may understand your experience and consider an appropriate resolution. Reiki sessions are highly individual, and results can vary depending on many personal and energetic factors.

• My time and energy are valuable, and I always approach each session with care, focus, and the highest intention for healing and relaxation.

Nature of Reiki and Disclaimer

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique intended to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee specific outcomes.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary energy practice designed to support, not replace  professional healthcare.

Consent and Release of Liability

All clients will receive a Consent Form via email prior to their first session. This form must be completed and returned before the session begins.

By booking and participating in a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily receiving energy work.

• You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after the session.

• You release Sylvan Light Reiki LLC and its practitioner from any claims or liabilities related to your session experience.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. All personal information, session details, and communications are kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Session summaries, intuitive impressions, or feedback will only be shared with your consent.

• Testimonials or reviews are published only with express verbal or written permission from the client.

• You may be invited to share your experience, but it is always optional.

Use of Website and Intellectual Property

All content on the Sylvan Light Reiki website - including text, images, and designs - is the property of Sylvan Light Reiki LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
